Creston Villa Guest House is the ideal base for your stay when visiting Lincoln’s many attractions. It overlooks the attractive South Common, yet is only a fourteen minute walk to the train station in the city centre. The six bed-roomed, bed and breakfast accommodation has historical interest too – This beautiful Victorian house was built on the site of the medieval Priory of St Catherine's and is adjacent to the site of the first cross erected in memory of Eleanor, Queen of Edward the First, as she started her final journey to London to be laid to rest in Westminster Abbey.

Why not leave the car behind in our guest house hotel car park and enjoy the fifteen minute walk into town, where you will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants to satisfy even the most diverse taste? Enjoy the famous Lincoln Christmas Market, an annual event well worth experiencing. All in all, we think you will enjoy your stay with us.

Where Are We?

Creston Villa is located at the southern gateway to the Historic City of Lincoln. With views to the east overlooking the South Common and to the west looking towards the Trent Valley, our B&B has the best of both beautiful landscapes and a vibrant community.

Most major approach roads to Lincoln link up with the bypass. Simply follow signposts to the A46 to Newark until you reach the roundabout adjacent to Pennell's Garden Centre and the Bentley Hotel at the start of the dual carriageway.

Take the first exit sign posted A1434 Lincoln City Centre. Follow this road for four miles and you will pass Creston Villa on your left just after the traffic lights opposite the South Common. Turn left into Colegrave Street and then left again into Derby Street. The car park entrance is on the left.

The car park entrance is narrow and should be approached carefully.

Entry to the car park should be made with the entrance located on your left hand side. Entry from the other direction may result in damage to your vehicle.

Should you wish to park your car on the street, the proprietors will be happy to provide a valet parking service for you.
