Creston Villa Guest House is the ideal base for your stay when visiting Lincoln’s many attractions. It overlooks the attractive South Common, yet is only a fifteen minute walk to the train station in the city centre. Our six bed-roomed, bed and breakfast accommodation has historical interest too – This beautiful Victorian house was built on the site of the medieval Priory of St Catherine's and is adjacent to the site of the first cross erected in memory of Eleanor, Queen of Edward the First, as she started her final journey to London to be laid to rest in Westminster Abbey.

Why not leave the car behind in our guest house car park and enjoy the fifteen minute walk into town, where you will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants to satisfy even the most diverse taste. Where Are We?

Creston Villa is located at the southern gateway to the Historic City of Lincoln. With views to the east overlooking the South Common and to the west looking towards the Trent Valley, our B&B has the best of both beautiful landscapes and a vibrant community.

We are located on the A1434 directly opposite The Lincoln South Common. For Sat Nav devices, using the following post code – LN5 8LW Parking is available on-street in the three roads surrounding the Guest House and is free and unrestricted.
